Frian Wadia MNZM

Frian is mum to 3 young boys in their late teens, each with their own unique strengths, abilities, disabilities and learning needs, and is passionate about inclusion and equity for all children. She is also a facilitator and supports the empowerment of families and adults who support the learning and development of children.

Frian is founder and chairperson of the Neuroscience And Trauma Informed Network Aotearoa (NATINA) Charitable Trust, a community leader, disability rights advocate and president for Parent to Parent.

In her professional capacity, she is an Early Intervention Specialist with Autism NZ and loves supporting autistic tamariki, their families and ECE teachers using holistic family-centred, strengths-based and trauma informed approaches.
